Log in to your Magento backend.

After logging in, click on System → Integrations in the menu.

On the next page, click on Add New Integration.

Under API, select the resources you want to grant access to for the integration. Make sure to select all resources for Sales, Customers, Products, and Orders.

Under Integration Info, enter a name like LyraWMS. The rest of the fields are optional. Then, enter your password and click Save & Activate.

After saving and activating, you will see the keys required for the integration.

In Lyra, go to Settings → Sales Channels or click Integrations in the left menu.

Click on the button New Sales Channel.

Select Magento and enter its Name and Reference.

Choose the desired Start Date. You can set a date in the past, but most channels have a limit of 48-hour-old orders. Setting a future date means the integration will not import anything until that date.

Under Fulfillment Customer, select the corresponding fulfillment customer. If needed, update the logo and indicate whether you want to print a packing slip for every order.

Under Products, configure how stock updates should be handled. You can choose from:
- Do not update
- Only update stock difference
- Update exact stock
This will sync the inventory updates with your webshop.

The option Add Unknown Products determines whether to add imported products that are not yet recognized. If an order contains an unknown product and causes an error, it will be added to the Products list for review, allowing you to manually add it. You can then re-import the order.

The SKU Blacklist allows you to ignore specific SKUs that should not be processed. This is useful for products that are not handled by the fulfillment center and should not be imported.
- If you have a large spreadsheet with SKUs that should not be imported, you can use a Convert Tool to separate them with commas.

Enter the API Key under Authentication.

Click Save at the top of the page.
