Adding a Sales Channel
To connect your sales channel:
1. Navigate to Settings in the menu and select Sales Channels.
2. Click on New Sales Channel.
3. On the next page:
- Select your fulfillment client profile.
- Choose the desired sales channel.
- Enter your shop name.
4. In the Authentication section, enter the API credentials for your sales channel.

5. Click Save Sales Channel once all fields are completed.
After saving, review the additional settings to ensure they match your preferences. Make any necessary changes and click Save Sales Channel again.
Importing Products
With your sales channel connected, you can import products:
1. Click on Import Products to fetch items from your sales channel.
2. Imported products will appear under Pending Products in the Products menu.
3. Select the products you want to add to your product list and reject the ones you don't need.
If you encounter issues during import or want to add more detailed information to your products:
1. Go to the Products menu.
2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select Import Products.
3. Ensure your spreadsheet contains at least the SKU and Product Name columns. Additional fields are optional.
4. Map the correct columns to the fields and click Save.
With your sales channel and products set up, you can start shipping!
