Creating API Keys in Bol.com
To integrate Bol.com with LyraWMS, you need to create a new API key specifically for LyraWMS. Do not reuse an existing API key to avoid potential issues.
1. Log in to your Bol.com account.
2. Open Settings from the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner.
3. On the Settings page, click on API Settings under Services.
4. If not already completed, fill in the Contact Person details.
5. Under Client credentials for the Retailer API, click + Create and enter “LyraWMS” as the API user.
6. Copy the generated API key and secret, as you will need these to configure LyraWMS.
Setting Up the Bol.com Integration in LyraWMS
1. In LyraWMS, go to Settings and select Sales Channels or click on Integrations in the menu.
2. Click the New Sales Channel button.
3. Select the sales channel you want to connect, and enter its Name and Reference.
4. Choose the desired Start Date for the integration.
• You can set the date in the past, but most channels have a 48-hour limit for importing old orders.
• Setting the date in the future will delay the import of orders until that date.
5. If applicable:
• Select the relevant Fulfillment Customer.
• Adjust the Logo if needed.
• Specify whether to print a packing slip for every order from this sales channel.
6. Under Products, configure how stock updates are handled:
• Choose between No updates or Exact stock updates (updates the stock levels in the webshop).
• Use the Add unknown products option to handle imported orders containing unknown products. Products will be added to the “Products Awaiting Approval” list, allowing you to import the order again after approval.
7. Use the SKU Blacklist to ignore specific SKUs you do not want to process.
• If you have a large list of SKUs, you can use tools like Convert Tool to format the list as comma-separated values.
8. Finally, under Authentication, enter the API credentials for the sales channel:
• Public API Key
• Secret API Key
🎉 Congratulations! You’ve successfully added a Bol.com shop. Good luck processing your orders!
