Automating the addition of products to pick lists in Lyra WMS helps streamline your order processing. By setting conditions, you can specify when a product should automatically be included in a pick list. Follow this guide to set up automated conditions for products.
Step 1: Locate the Product
Find the product you want to automatically add to your pick list by searching for it in your product list.
1. Open the product page.
2. Click Edit Product in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Scroll to the Conditions Section
On the product settings page, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Add a Condition
1. Click Add Condition to create a new filter. This defines the conditions under which the product will be added to a pick list.
2. Set up the conditions that must be met for the product to be included.
Example:
• If the order contains Product-A AND the recipient’s country is the Netherlands.
• Use the link icon to combine conditions that must all be true for the product to be added.
Step 4: Add Additional Filters
1. Click Add Filter to create an alternative set of conditions.
2. Filters function as “OR” conditions. The product will be added if either the first set of conditions OR the new filter is true.
Step 5: Select the Appropriate Option
At the top of the conditions section, you will find three options. Choose the one that fits your needs.
• In most cases, select the first option: “Do not place the order in backorder if this product is out of stock.”
Step 6: Save Changes
When you have finished setting up conditions, click Save at the top of the page to apply your changes.
